What You Would Do As Our Internal Sales Administrator

We are looking for someone who will help us process sales’ orders and manage general and technical enquiries from our customers. You will make sure that our customers are happy and supported, and that our internal processes and procedures are continually reviewed and up to date.

You would be reporting to the Commercial & Technical Manager, and you would:
  • Support our external and internal customers for our expanding range of products
  • Ensure the timely execution of all processes and customer services functions
  • Analyse and report about yours and the team’s KPIs
The Skills And Experience You Need

We are looking for someone who:
  • has around 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • has experience with order entry, using systems and databases, in a customer service environment
  • feels comfortable providing support to customers remotely, mainly via phone
Ideally, you know how to use Microsoft Dynamics AX – no worries if you don’t, we will provide complete training! You have some experience in a similar role - or you recently graduated and would like to start to build your career with us! You are a team player, with a professional and positive approach and are eager to make a difference!
