About the Role:

Following substantial growth over the last year we are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our team and assist in further developing our internal resourcing efforts. Working with the Recruitment Manager, this role will centre around the delivery of high calibre candidates across varied technology focused opportunities. Additionally, you will be supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, working internally with management as well as externally with agencies to ensure we are hiring the top talent within the industry.

This role will play a key part in our continued efforts to strengthen our internal recruitment department.

Main responsibilities:

  • Working with internal managers on client-side resource augmentation opportunities.
  • Talent pooling from our internal recruitment database and utilising LinkedIn to search for relevant candidates across various opportunities.
  • Regular communication and contact with candidates to keep them informed, schedule interviews, make offers, collate interview feedback, and oversee onboarding onto client site.
  • Liaising with clients in relation to open vacancies and arranging interviews/availability with them directly
  • Managing external recruitment agencies (briefing them on new assignments, reviewing candidates, setting up interviews, providing feedback etc.)
  • Continuing to build out our Icon Associate Network (IAN) and keeping in regular contact with our best talent to enable a pipeline of future candidates to hire.

Skills/Experience:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment-based delivery role (ideally 2+ years)
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • A passion for highly professional customer service, administration, and organisation
  • High levels of ambition, self-drive and commitment to personal and career development
