Define and implement Internal Communication strategy and action plan to support Corporate Communication overall strategy:
  • Inform & educate, connect & engage 3DS people to support the accomplishment of our purpose as one team, at the corresponding organization level (corporate, GEO, Brand or Industry level).
  • Empower 3DS people to be strong advocates externally.
  • Support 3DS people initiatives to bring our communities together and provide corresponding audience/organization with a tangible experience of our IFWE values.
What will your role be?

Inform & educate, connect & engage 3DS people to support the accomplishment of our purpose as one team, at the corresponding organization level (corporate, GEO, Brand or Industry level):
  • Support the 3DS equity: identify priorities, keys messages & corresponding Internal Communication actions based on 3DS corporate key messages for the year & your specific strategic needs.
  • Build, deploy and manage the Internal Communication plan corresponding to your scope of work, taking into account corporate and local milestones - Ensure alignment of Executive Management messaging and effective communication through planning a simple internal communication program & co-ordinate activities – Guarantee the consistency local communications with branding guidelines.
  • Support local specific 3DS asset needs, partnering closely with the leadership teams & HR among others.
  • Ensure promotion of BC Compass Live sessions & messaging (pre & post event).
  • Highlight the major news and success stories from your 3DS entity – Establish sustainable interactions with the members of WW Internal Communication Network.
  • Make the links between internal and external communication to ensure messaging/activities are aligned.
  • Manage the right balance between corp. & local messages to support 3DS Corp. Communication strategy and the specific strategic needs of your organization depending on local context.
  • Support dedicated all hands meetings for your scope of work on a regular cadence – Define and monitor contents and KPIs.
  • Manage budget & resources accordingly.
  • Support the communication plan of the “MY3DEXPERIENCE for 3DS People” team in their initiatives aimed at increasing 3DS team’s platform knowledge & know-how.
  • Create & Capitalize best Internal Communication practices, developing methods and processes focused on communications to inform, educate, engage and connect within your organization.
  • Share Internal Communication best practices across the Dassault Systèmes ecosystem and inspiring others, especially within the Internal Communication WW network.
  • Support a 3DEXPERIENCE platform centric approach for internal communication.
Empower 3DS people to be strong advocates externally:
  • Promote employee advocacy initiatives within 3DS organization (develop knowledge and know-how of social media + 3DSpeak if relevant).
  • Contribute to expand and strengthen 3DS social media presence through Internal Communication initiatives.
Support 3DS people initiatives to bring our communities together and provide corresponding audience/organization with a tangible experience of our IFWE values:
  • Support the 3DS INNOVATION Forwards initiative (relay of corporate messages, local communication, local ceremony, assets delivery based on brief).
  • Support the 3DS WIN & diversity initiatives by ensuring the promotion of local existing actions - Raise the awareness of your internal audience about the action – Relay corporate actions such as IWD and contribute directly to your local WIN network.
  • Define & implement specific internal events to help your teams experience our values in action (Kid’s Day, learning & development sessions) - Ensure messaging and experience is connected to our company values and your organization’s priorities.
  • Support GPTW Action plan for your scope of work.
Your Key Success Factors
  • Strong communication background (preferably in fast moving environment) / Must have experience in c-level interactions.
  • Experience with communicating and collaborating with globally distributed teams.
  • A demonstrated passion for the audience experience, design, written and rich media communications, and knowledge of how to leverage each to achieve communication goals.
  • Strong interest for new technologies and at ease in an engineering environment.
  • International exposure.
