Cryspis the hassle-free way to take care of property compliance needs and health & safety requirements. They exist to create safe spaces for customers. The platform puts compliance at their fingertips, combining intuitive technology with human expertise.

The role

Cryspis on the lookout for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Coordinator that is ambitious and collaborative in nature. The ideal candidate holds a strong team dynamic to help expand the customer base of our product as part of a rapid expansion program over the next 12 months. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growth journey early on by working in a hands-on capacity with the co-founder and the senior leadership team based in Saltaire.

This position is critical to the success of our business and plays a pivotal role by advancing qualified prospects from lead status into Crysp clients. Through purposeful research, you will act as the bridge building relationships between the customer and internal teams. You must take a great pride in your ability to have the clients’ best interests at heart and provide genuine solutions to client’s pain points.

Day-to-day

  • Research innovative ways to obtain new leads (i.e. networking, attending events, working with the marketing team on thought leadership marketing awareness)
  • Research and produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts
  • Conduct and perform prospecting activities using sales navigator and other systems to create speculative call lists, email campaigns, and social strategies
  • Recognise pain points for prospects and come up with consultative solutions on how Crysp can work for them
  • Work with Account Executives and closely with the co-founder and Senior Leadership Team to smoothly transition leads to follow ups, meetings, and demos
  • Organize meetings and follow up on prospects in a customer centric way
  • Maintain lead and prospect records in CRM
  • Work towards becoming a domain expert on all our products and services

Must haves

  • Contributing to the end-to-end sales process, within a B2B sales environment (e.g., lead generation, customer contact, tactical capture, negotiation, and closing)
  • Working across the spectrum of potential client stakeholders, from Management to C-Suite
  • Liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders, adjusting approach accordingly
  • Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver sales strategy
  • Working in a team with ambitious targets
