What is the purpose of the role?


The Inbound Booking Coordinator is responsible for managing the Inbound Bookings email inbox, filling in the inbound tracker and replying to suppliers. The role also requires conflict resolution skills if receiving sites or suppliers have issues delivering/receiving goods.


In this role you are accountable for:


  • Manage the inbound email inbox
  • Populate the required information into the Inbound tracker.
  • Ensure the correct stock is sent to the correct warehouse.
  • Reply to suppliers with booking slot details and references for drivers.
  • Manage any issues raised by suppliers/sites/customer.
  • Support site engagement & charity initiatives
  • Maintain H&S in the workplace

Working hours -


Monday- Friday 3 week rota, week 1 07:00-15:30pm week 2 9:00-5:30pm and week 3 10:30-7pm
