Senior Logistics Coordinator - Demand Planning

What is the purpose of the role?

As senior coordinator you will be the link between the Inbound, Demand Planning and PO Rec coordinators and the management team. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate that you are a people manager and have effectively managed a team, can work independently, and find solutions to operational issues and difficult situations utilising your knowledge and experience of similar scenarios.

This role is a Monday-Friday working role

In this role you are accountable for:

• 
  Raise and rectify issues with Ops team.
• Liaise with Customer regarding issues.
• Manage any issues raised by suppliers/sites/customer.
• To ensure there is an appropriate level of Company knowledge to perform tasks in an effective and efficient manner.
• To ensure all documentation is dealt with accordingly
• Support management with holiday and sickness cover
• Ensure all targets are achieved in an effective manner to timescale, ensuring customer deadlines are met and that the relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are achieved and reported to Managers, colleagues and customers.
• Participating in regular conference calls with multiple stakeholders.
• Support site engagement & charity initiatives
• Maintain H&S in the workplace
• Support the site management team with any other duties deemed appropriate
