My client is a market leader in the design and manufacture of specialised detection, monitoring and measuring devices for various industries. Due to success on the market, they are now looking to expand their team by introducing a new Import Export Coordinator.

If you have Import/Export experience within a manufacturing environment this could be the role for you!

Import Export Coordinator

Job Description

To coordinate transport providers ensuring on time and in full movements of both inbound and outbound shipments. Conforming to HMRC regulations Updating and responding to customer inquiries Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents Tracking and correcting shipping errors when required Preparing invoices to customers as well as managing distribution costs Processing and inputting sales order information. HMRC reporting Communicating daily with suppliers, freight forwarders, production, sales and logistics companies.

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications Required

Import/Export experience with Customs compliance and regulations experience Recently worked with new EU legislation and worldwide export control Experienced in ERP/MRP systems Manufacturing/engineering background.

Knowledge of exports of controlled goods (military or dual use)
