Monday to Thursday 8:30-4:30pm, 4pm finish on Friday’s

Our client is a large and growing Aerospace manufacturer, providing parts and technology across multiple global sectors whilst maintaining exceptional standards for their customers. They are looking for an experienced aerospace Quality Manager who will be responsible for managing a team as well as ensuring compliance to AS/EN9100, 9110, 9120/ Part 21 G, & Part 145 quality standards.

Job Description

Leading the Quality, Inspection and Compliance team

Supporting the Head of Quality to apply objectives in guidelines with product assurance and quality

Responsible for managing collation of data, and ensuring it is reported back to the HoQ

Implementing and maintaining a rotation pattern for team members through different value streams

Driving the RFT programme throughout the facility that encourages improvement across processes, ensuring they’re predictable and repeatable

Management of supplier quality

Ability to lead APQP for the Quality function

Leading daily meetings with the functional team member (QE’s)

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications

Strong knowledge of AS/EN9100, 9110, 9120, quality requirements

Previous quality management experience within Aerospace

Understanding of current regulatory requirements provided by the European Aviation Safety Agency, specifically a competence of Part 21 G, & Part 145

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Post-Secondary Degree in Quality Assurance or equivalent

Strong knowledge/experience with APQP
