PQE: 8 + years’ PQE

THE ROLE:
An award winning firm based in Greater Manchester are seeking the addition of a qualified Solicitor to join them at Partner level. Our client is seeking a Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years’ PQE and experience working in immigration law. With a wealth of experience in this area of law, it is anticipated that the Immigration Solicitor will be able to hit the ground running with cases at various stages of process, ensuring good progress is made. In this role, you will be managing your own caseload of immigration matters, you will use your expertise to provide advice on a mixed caseload of personal and corporate immigration matters. The position is open to talented and ambitious legal professionals who want to make a positive impact.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Immigration Solicitors with a minimum of 8 years’ PQE who have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects. The appointed candidate will have an existing client base and be expected to undertake business development to build on your success. You will be passionate about this area of law and be willing to maintain your knowledge and skills in relevant practise areas. This role requires excellent prioritisation and meticulous attention to detail which will enable you to construct clear and effective arguments, yielding the best result for clients. The successful Legal Professional will offer exceptional levels of client care and will thrive upon the positive feedback you receive from your clients.
