The role of an I-Art Officer is to provide the first point of contact to all professionals and public enquires to the Integrated Access and Referral Team. This will involve call handling and dealing with telephone enquiries from Council staff, other agencies and members of the public and will include enquiries received via other forms of communication, such as email or post.

We are approved as a Partner in Practice with the Department of Education and have won "Overall council of the Year" and "Best Innovation" awards in 2018. We are developing and embedding Our Ways of Working with our multi-agency partners in order to ensure improved collaboration and one common approach to practice utilising Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Informed Practice.
