We are delighted to be working with a fantastic client within a world-renowned organisation who are looking for a forward-thinking HR Manager to lead their hardworking and welcoming team. This is a rare opportunity to truly make the role your own in this newly created post.
What will the role involve?
- Line management of a team of 4 HR Officers and an HR Administrator.
- Providing comprehensive generalist HR support; giving sound advice to managers on all areas of employment including recruitment, maternity, disciplinaries, performance management etc, as well as supporting managers with ER cases.
- Deputising for the Head of HR and representing the team within the organisation.
- Managing, supporting and developing the HR team; providing coaching, training and leadership.
- Leading on a variety of exciting projects with scope to be assigned projects catering to your own interests and experience.
- Developing and maintaining HR strategies and procedures.
- Building and maintaining relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the organisation as well as the centralised HR team.
- Staying up to date with and communicating all HR policy changes.
- Supporting organisation wide initiatives.

Who are we looking for?
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, hard working and approachable HR Manager to join a brilliant and collaborative team. It is essential that you have a strong generalist HR background and experience managing a team of HR professionals. It would be helpful to have experience working within a complex organisation and it is imperative that you have an up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law.
