Peopleforce Recruitment HR Business Partner / Business HR Manager Here at Peopleforce Recruitment we have an exciting opportunity within a global pharmaceutical business based in Maidenhead. This would be an initial 12 months contract covering an internal move with but with the potential for a permanent role thereafter and opportunities for progression within the wider organisation. This opportunity will see you providing the divisional stakeholders with a comprehensive HR leadership service. You will advise them on strategic human resource issues so that they can deliver on their objectives within statutory and corporate parameters. Primary Accountabilities:
  • Building strong relationships at all levels across the business ensuring that you are able to add value
  • Managing employee relations, liaising with employees, Line Management and Senior Management staff
  • Ensuring best outcomes are achieved on issues such as:
  • Absence Management
  • Disciplinary/Capability/Grievance
  • Morale Management
  • Performance Excellence
  • Career Development
  • Ensuring the HR service is organised and adhering to employees and clients needs to improve experience
  • Liaising with Compensation & Benefits and providing input where required
  • Working with Talent Acquisition team to deliver top talent to the business
  • Managing HR projects and delivering desired outcomes within a timely manner The successful candidate will have:
  • Level 5/7 qualification with CIPD
  • Background within a large corporate/commercial environment and ideally a matrix organisation
  • Ability to manage priorities, expectations and deliver outcomes within tight time frames
  • Strong experience within a generalist HR role at a mid to senior level
