And right now, we’re looking for a HRIS Analyst. Based at our Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire site location you’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities to optimise and improve HR business processes and support the implementation of the new HRIS.

The role will take the lead on reporting to provide critical HR data and insights to the business and will design solutions for the business using tools such as Power BI & Power Apps. The HRIS Analyst will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the master data, including leading on the data cleansing process in preparation of the move from SAP ECC6 to SuccessFactors.

This role would suit someone who has had previous experience working in an HR or HRIS team and are looking their next opportunity to use their knowledge, specifically with people data analytics, in order to support our data-driven decision-making through the use of IT systems. It would suit a self-motivated, inquisitive individual who has an understanding of HR master data and an interest in learning new systems.

What will your day look like?

  • Analysing master data, reporting on trends and working with the business to improve accuracy and integrity
  • Owning the Global Master Data Record ensuring there are clear definitions across the group and data is used consistently across the group.
  • Managing the governance of HR data being used in integrations to other systems or sources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather data for decision-making
  • Managing and maintaining any new data requirements within the HRIS Suite
  • Develop solutions using systems such as power apps in M365 to automate or systemise HR processes
  • Analyse data from various sources using systems such as Query Manager and Power BI to create and automate reports as needed.
  • Automation and analysis, including visualisation, of large datasets utilising the business reporting tools of choice.
  • Support of improvement of wider team and business reporting processes
  • Support and lead HR inputs to projects and system changes/implementations to facilitate these being completed to realise objective in a timely and efficient manner.
  • lead the technical migration of data from the legacy SAP system to the new SuccessFactors system
  • Work with wider HR and business to map processes and make suggestions for improving the quality of the data, systems or processes.

What do you need to be great at this role?

  • The ability to learn systems quickly and produce work instructions for others on how to use systems.
  • Technical expertise of the automated reporting solutions such as Query Manager, Document Builder and Power BI including the back end and technical support for users would be advantageous.
  • Having strong experience of documentation of new system related processes, ensuring system improvements can be maintained by the wider team
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP, Power BI, Query Manager, and Power Apps would be advantageous
  • Knowledge and experience of other Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is critical.
  • Ability to create and maintain data processes, analyse data, and troubleshoot systems
  • Ability to create and maintain data models in Excel and other analytical tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and confident in ability to prioritise and manage high level workload, adaptable to change
  • Attention to detail, working on your own and as part of a team and ability to work effectively
