To support Scott Pallets further growth, we’re searching for apart-time HR Administrator (24 hours per week) to work on a hybrid basis in Halbeath (Dunfermline).Reporting directly to the HR Shared Services Team Leader, the role will be responsible for providing a professional support service to managers and colleagues on all aspects of the employee lifecycle with responsibility for appropriate data protection and maintenance of the HR information systems.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide end to end administrative support to the HR and Learning and Development teams
  • Support and advise management of HR administrative activities, required actions and completion timescales
  • Advise the HR Shared Services Team Leader of agreed timescales for any process compliance actions
  • Maintain and update the HR information systems, ensuring availability of consistently accurate data and records
  • Provide advice and training to line managers and system administrators on HR information systems usage
  • Produce and circulate people metrics, statistical analysis and reports from HR information systems
  • Assist HR Team in the coordination of the end-to-end resourcing e.g. advertising, liaising with agencies and candidates, preparing purchase orders
  • Accountable for administration of standardised HR employment processes and documentation e.g., contracts, leavers and variations
  • Administer Company benefits, ensuring invoices are matched and HR information systems are updated
  • Provide administrative support to Payroll

Key requirements for the role:

  • Whilst CIPD level 3 experience or above would be advantageous, experience and attitude will be valued just as highly
  • You will bring a consistent and balanced approach to all that you do and pride yourself on your relationship building skills
  • You will have strong PC skills MS Outlook, MS Teams, Zoom and experience of maintaining and providing reports from HR Information Systems
