Are you educated to degree level or have the equivalent in work experience within a standalone HRBP role? Do you currently work in an international technically focused organisation? Can you demonstrate 5+ years in an HRBP role across a range of EMEA jurisdictions?

Our Client is a market leading Semiconductor company with operations across 7 countries in Europe. Semiconductors are around us all the time in phones, laptops and other everyday electronic devices, and this business provides the means for manufacture for some of the most well-known electronics companies around the world.

This is a standalone role with the potential for international progression and development.

Responsibilities

  • Support and coach managers and supervisors where their knowledge in employee relations is limited
  • Investigate employee relations issues, recommending appropriate action in consultation with the HR Manager
  • Administering new starters, leavers and employee changes
  • Strong HR Policy and Procedure experience
  • Preparation of HR related correspondence
  • Work with HR Manager to establish recruitment requirements within the business
  • Ensure monthly European payroll is done timely and correctly

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience with at least 3 years’ working in an autonomous HRBP role
  • Proven ability operating in an international technically focused organisation
  • Fluency in Dutch is essential. A second European language or ability in Japanese is a benefit
  • Workday experience beneficial
  • Excellent up to date knowledge of employment and immigration legislation
