Job Description
An experienced HR Advisor who is professional and adaptable is required for a rapidly growing, privately owned, online retailer based in Greater Manchester.
The role will involve providing general HR and payroll support across the company. You will be involved with all areas of HR, including Payroll, Employee Relations cases, Onboarding, Appraisals and Disciplinaries.
If you enjoy working within a varied, fast moving environment then this could be for you!
Due to the expanding nature of the business you will have to possess excellent communication skills and be able to prioritise and organise your own workload.

Main Duties
Maintaining Employee Records
Drafting contracts for new starters
Be the first point of contact for queries in relation to payroll administration
Ensure the business is kept up to date with regards to any changes within HR law
Process the day to day staff payroll
Produce weekly and monthly reports
Handle the end to end recruitment process including posting adverts, liaising with agencies and arranging interviews
Absence management
Inductions for new starts
Return to work administration
Preparing documents for employee appraisals
Assist during HR policy reviews
Analyse training needs across the business
Supporting during exit interviews and the leavers process.
Skills & Experience
4 years’ experience within a similar role.
Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal)
CIPD Level 5
Excellent IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc.

Salary up to £35k DOE
25 days holidays (additional days with every year of service)
