Responsibilities

You will report to the HR Manager and your responsibilities will include

  • Working with the business strategy and long term HR planning
  • End to end recruitment
  • Coordinating annual performance review process
  • Advising managers on disciplinary and grievance matters
  • Updating line management on employment law
  • Managing Occupational Health and staff well being programmes
  • Role model for companys behaviours and culture, supporting equality and diversity
  • Maintaining, updating and improving staff communications informally and formally through their electronic Handbook
  • Updating HR system - payroll and benefits
  • Advising on pay and other remuneration as well as promotions and benefits
  • Assisting with HR Projects
  • Updating HR metrics and data including KPIs
We Are Looking For a Candidate Who Has
  • Bachelor Degree/CIPD Level 5
  • Strong generalist HR experience ideally at HR business partner level
  • Sound knowledge of UK employment law
  • Proven track record of driving change (positive), making a difference
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, well able to form sound working relationships
  • Good influencing and negotiating skills
  • Potential for a leadership role
