The role will suit a talented Senior HR Assistant who is seeking unlimited opportunity for career development. With quick ongoing expansion and exciting future growth, this organisation currently operates across Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, Middle East and Latin America. With its Head Office located in the Abergavenny area, this position reports to the Chief Executive.
  • Responsibility for own area of the business from day one
  • Coordinating and driving all stages of the recruitment process within your business
  • Advising and supporting line management on complex performance issues
  • Monitoring, reviewing and updating HR policies
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and various HR initiatives
  • Together with HR team, coordinate performance appraisal processes as well asbenefit platforms
  • Liaising closely with Managers to identify and develop key talent, implement robust performance and people development plans
  • Advising and assisting on policies, procedures and legislation
  • Drive staff engagement initiatives
  • 3rd party engagement with employment lawyers, benefit advisors, occupational health and HR systems support, as required
  • Assisting with HR Projects implementation of new HRIS (Success Factors), talent mapping and succession planning, employee engagement, introduction of new global B2B initiative
  • Coordinating annual salary review
We Are Looking For a HR Advisor Who
  • Seeks fully remote working
  • Is a Graduate, CIPD qualified/or has sound generalist HR experience
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Personable and builds sound relationships across all levels of the business
  • Highly organised with high level of attention to detail, data accuracy
  • Good understanding and knowledge of employment law
  • High level of computer literacy and HR systems ability
