A superb opportunity to join an expanding company who are looking for a Head of People to join its senior management team.

Requirements

  • Significant HR, People and Talent experience within hospitality or leisure
  • You have the ability to create goals, prioritise, and drive rapid delivery against the goals you define.
  • Discreet, high integrity and fair in dealing with all people and situations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a problem:solving approach to working
  • Post graduate HR qualifications (e.g. CIPD) desirable
