CMA HR Division are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis to resource a HR Manager - Projects to join a world leader based in the Portsmouth region. This opportunity offers the ideal candidate the opportunity to design and project manage an integration project, working closely with the HR team.

What will the role involve?
  • Managing an integration project and working with the HR team;
  • Managing any transitioning employees between businesses, ensuring any TUPE related impacts are fully respected;
  • The weekly integration project meetings;
  • Managing the union relationships on transition related activities;
  • Managing the employee council meetings on transition related activities;
  • Develop and deliver timely and relevant communication plans, drawing on additional resources where appropriate and respecting the company protocols;
  • Line managers, coaching them and advising on all people related matters to assist with the change management process.
Suitable Candidate
  • Track record of delivering change management and supporting business integrations;
  • Extended experience of working within a similar environment within an HR capacity;
  • CIPD qualification (MCIPD) or equivalent;
  • Experience of working in a complex organisation with a track record of delivering confidently and to agreed time scales to multiple stakeholders.
