We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring that our organization has a talented and engaged workforce. Job Description

Develop, implement and Control HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry standards (including Ofsted Schedule 2)

Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.

Ensuring safeguarding processes are followed in relations to safer recruitment.

Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries, taking ownership for resolution and referring to the right person where necessary.

Produce and issue contracts of employment and changes to terms and conditions documentation

Create personnel files for all new starters and ensure that all documentation is present and completed.

Ensure Right to Work/Asylum and Immigration checks are completed for all colleagues

Request employment references and DBS checks for new starters as required

Ensure sickness and absence reporting and record keeping is maintained.

Maintain employee and general files (electronic and hard copies)

Manage the leaver process

Process Payroll liaising with house managers and directors

Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.

Produce ad hoc and monthly reports for the Director and Leadership Team

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters

Stay informed about relevant employment legislation and industry trends and update the internal HR Policies and Procedures accordingly.

Oversea HR Administration team

Conduct Supervisions and Appraisals

Support Oversight of conflicts of interest employee matters

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
