We are currently looking for a HR Help-desk Administrator to join our HR team supporting our UK operations.

Key Responsibilities

Help-desk:

  • Providing our HR UK Help-desk service, dealing with enquiries coming into our HR Help-desk Sharepoint site in a prompt and effective manner.
  • Resolving as many enquiries as possible directly, including doing tasks such as data entry into our various systems including our HR system (Cascade HR), our Employee Management System (EMS) and our finance systems (Agresso/SAP), providing references, resetting passwords, arranging reward vouchers etc
  • Allocating more complex enquiries out to others in the team where necessary.
  • Ensuring that all enquiry tickets are responded to and closed off within the agreed timescales.

Employee Lifecycle Support

  • Supporting the HR Operations Advisor’s in dealing with employee lifecycle changes from on-boarding new staff, dealing with changes to terms and conditions, confirmation of maternity/paternity/unpaid leave requests, probation letters etc.
  • Any other general duties that may be required from time to time, such as colleague spotlight administration, document destruction, induction activities etc.
  • Taking responsibility for the continuous improvement of the HR administration processes along with the rest of the team.
