Responsible for development and execution of product marketing strategy for Ricardo Automotive and Industrial and Performance Products business units.

Essential Functions:

  • Internal role to develop product marketing strategy for priority products / services to enable success for our Practices and business development teams.
  • Use market and data-driven insights to develop compelling value propositions for existing and new solutions across the end-to-end service portfolio (competitor analysis, surveys, SEO/keywords)
  • Develop go-to-market plans and multi-channel campaigns for priority products and services
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing and communications team on implementation across brand, positioning, thought leadership, communications
  • Work with internal product and solutions strategists to support commercialisation plans including sales enablement, internal product launches, sales training and knowledge transfer
  • Work closely with wider Marketing team, Business Development, Sales, Technical Authorities to develop effective brand, product and solutions for Ricardo
  • Coordinate and collaborate with business units across the Ricardo Group on campaign planning and execution
  • 8. Deliver superior levels of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders while demonstrating Ricardo’s brand values

    9. Performs other job-related duties as assigned

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

    2. Min 5-10 years of experience performing similar work

    3. Data-driven, analytical skills

    4. Excellent presentation skills and communication skills

    5. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic and matrixed organization

    6. Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task

    7. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and Power Point

    8. Proven track record in Digital Marketing & Social Media

    9. Digital design skills with tools such as InDesign, Photoshop are a plus

    10. Experience with CRM, google analytics, Semrush / SEO key word research, Qualtrics
