Jackson Hogg is delighted to be exclusively recruiting two HR Business Partners for an established and award-winning client based in the Teesside region.

The roles are fixed-term contracts for circa 16 months and hybrid working is offered.

As an HR Business Partner you will work closely with leaders of your dedicated business support areas to develop and implement appropriate business and people solutions aligned to organisational objectives and culture. You will also provide first line support to colleagues based at the head office and overseas.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with functional leadership teams
  • Advises and coaches managers as their key HR contact for people related matters within designated team structures.
  • Driving company culture
  • Analysing HR data and trends to inform and pro-actively develop solutions
  • Form strong partnerships internally across the broader HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees, supporting and driving change where required
  • Works closely with internal and external legal counsel as required and ensures local policies are adapted and updated as required.
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinaries and grievances and provide advice and guidance through effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Provides solutions and guidance to build capability including but not limited to business restructures, succession and talent planning, workforce planning and organizational change programs
  • HR project work to include reward and recognition and cultural agenda
We are keen to speak to people with the following experience:
  • HR or related degree, CIPD qualification or equivalent
  • HR Business Partner / Senior HR Advisory experience within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - proven experience developing relationships across the business
  • Generalist HR exposure
  • Experience operating in a commercially focused and broad remit
  • Engaging and personable in nature - You’ll be working in a close-knit and experienced team so fit for the business and culture is key!
