HR / Employee Relations Advisor - Tech Software
- Working from office 5 days per week.

This is a super opportunity to join my clients growing business as a HR Advisor. Working alongside the Founder and Senior Leadership Team, providing generalist advice, support and guidance on HR and Employment Law related issues.
Role Overview:
- Provide effective and efficient generalist HR support and advice, as well as driving change to support the overall business strategy:
- providing expert advice, according to UK employment legislation and internal policies and processes
- provide advice, training and guidance on all policies and processes, as well as supporting with updating these policies and processes
- regular reviews and reporting on the performance of cases and ongoing projects
- supporting and coaching managers on ER cases and outcome letters
- responding to advice emails within the designated timescale
- supporting the development, creation, and delivery of HR training to up-skill managers
- create checklists and trackers to ensure consistency of process management
About you: The ideal person will be a confident and enthusiastic HR professional with experience of providing HR / Employee Relations related advice.
- qualified to CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent (ideally)
- recent experience of working as an HR Adviser (Min 1 - 2 years)
- experience of providing first line advice whilst adhering to employment law
- ability to/experienced in interpreting internal company policies and processes
- good working knowledge of employment law and its practical application
- experience of successfully delivering a wide range of HR related projects
- skilled at advising, coaching, and supporting managers on diverse ER matters
