Corporate Office Receptionist - Immediate start Part Time 2 days a week
- Temp 3 month August to end Sept 2023
- Contract to start 16th August 2023 - Part time working days 2 days a week (Thursday and Fridays)
- £18 per hour (equivalent to £37,450 per annum)
My client is a well regarded firm in the City of London who are looking for an enthusiastic and well presented Reception / Front of House Coordinator to join them on a temporary basis.
Role Overview: To provide an end to end visitor experience including -
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the office
- Booking in all visitors using booking system and issuing visitor passes
- Manage the upkeep of visitor areas and meeting rooms
- Report any non compliance with procedures as appropriate
- Support the switchboard as required
About You:
- You must be well presented with great interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to deal with people at all levels both from within the organisaiton and external visitors.
- Enthusiastic, practical and a self starter with ability to cope well under pressure and multitask.
- Some experience of Switchboard and managing reception/ front of house or office environment
- Good MS Office skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Flexibility in working hours between 8am - 6pm
Immediate start - 16th Aug 2023 (handover day) and then 2 days a week (Thursday and Friday) every week u until end Sept. Full time working between 8am and 6pm with flexibility to ensure all duties have been taken care of.
