We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our busy HR Business Partner Team, based at Peterborough City Hospital but covering all of our hospital sites.We have opportunities for both full or part time positions.This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of HR professionals working with a diverse and often challenging workload, supporting our workforce of approximately 8,000 employees. The role involves holding a caseload of employee relations cases including sickness absence, capability/performance, disciplinary, grievance and organisational change.Our teams work hard to be flexible and promote a health work/home life balance and so, agile working options are automatically considered for all roles within the Trust.We welcome and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds.
