Applications are invited for the post of Trust Grade Doctor in ENT to join our innovative team of 9 Consultants covering Otology, Rhinology and Head and Neck Cancer. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a range of sub-specialty areas and gain excellent clinical experience in this specialty.

You will have scheduled weekly supervised training sessions in theatres and clinics, supervised emergency work appropriate to the level of training.

There is a strong commitment to education within the specialty and you will be allocated an educational supervisor to oversee your development and a clinical supervisor will be allocated to oversee your work on an individual basis.

You will be expected to keep up to date with current knowledge & practice, to attend clinical meetings within the department & to participate in audit & in-service training of other healthcare professionals.

The post holder will be required to deputise for absent colleagues from time to time and to perform additional duties in occasional emergencies and unforeseen circumstances.

The post holder will be required on the on call rota with an expected rotation of 1:6
