H9 Human Resources are partnering with an exciting national business to recruit for a HR Advisor for their busy HR Team.The role is a 12 month FTC but with the possibility to become permanent. The role also offers great hybrid/flex - including 2-3 days home working per week.The role will report to the HRBP and will support the HR team a very generalist HR role, including supporting with some key HR Projects alongside BAU.This role is within a great HR team and would suit a candidate who would love the opportunity to gain more exposure and learn from the team around them.Duties
  • Provide generalist HR support to a fast paced, busy national business
  • Lead on ER cases
  • Provide front line HR Support
  • Support the HRBP and rest of the HR team with key HR projects
  • Key role in the ongoing development of a fantastic culture
Requirements
  • Candidates should have generalist HR experience alongside ER expertise
  • CIPD Level 5 preferred
  • The role may involve some occasional travel to other sites - but this would be few and far between. A driving license would be an advantage however with this in mind
The role offers a salary between £30,000 - £40,000pa DOE
