Administrator - 6 month FTC

Dewsbury

Immediate starting

Flexible working - 50/50 home and office

You will be required to provide a customer focussed response to telephone, email, postal, web and in person enquiries.

You will be supported day to day by the operational guidance and leadership of the Team Leader and Service Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all internal and external communication such as calls, emails and client requests
  • Handle calls professionally and in a timely manner
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of information systems
  • Ensure all information is logged accurately
  • First point of contact for staff who are reporting absence, requesting meeting cancellations, rearranging meetings, etc
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Assist with any projects
Requirements
  • Administration/Customer Service experience
  • Available immediately
  • Able to go to the Dewsbury office when required
