Job Description

HR Administrator required on a temporary basis for 6-9 months for a company based in Cannock. The HR Administrator will provide support to a central HR Team with general HR, Recruitment ,Training and Development. The successful candidate will be dealing with personal and confidential data, therefore a high level of integrity is pivotal for this role. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator who is passionate about people, their health and well-being.

Duties:
Update and maintain HR records accurately and efficiently
Provide HR team with support on new starters, right to work checks, rewards and benefit recognition.
Recruitment - advertising vacancies, process support, CV searches and managing the recruitment system
Preparing training material, collating post training assessments, updating training records
Assisting with company inductions

Experience
Must have HR Administration experience
Have excellent attention to detail
Have an understanding of GDPR and HR processes

This role is working 30 hours a week, over 5 days or 4 full days. (between Monday to Friday)
The position is office based.
