We are looking for someone to join this growing technology company. They have achieved gold investors in people so you will be part of a staff focused HR team. Ideally with some HR experience however a good administrator who enjoys the engagement with people would also work well.

As part of our HR team, you will be responsible for handling day to day employee tasks, with the focus being assisting with onboarding, performance and employee relations.

Main Duties
  • Administer HR-related documentations, such as contracts of employment and training records
  • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation and customer requirements (vetting)
  • Fleet management
  • Assist with the recruitment process
  • Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years administration experience.
  • Enjoy working with people
  • Being able to deal with people who are stressed or upset
  • Be able to stay calm in a difficult situation
  • Respect the importance of confidentiality
  • Good organisational skills
  • Be able to work as a team
  • Be able to work accurately, with good attention to detail.
  • Good Microsoft Skills.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • Hold a UK Driving License.
