You will be an empathic individual who possesses excellent communication skills alongside the knowledge and understanding of issues that may lead to homelessness and substance misuse.We are looking for someone who can build effective relationships with our clients and other external stakeholders and be able to manage their time effectively.You will have demonstrable experience working in fields of outreach, housing/homelessness, criminal justice or other specialist settings and a successful track record of working with substance misuse service users.Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about what we do, with a positive and engaging approach to our service users and staff.
