Please note, this an hourly paid contract which means that specific days and hours cannot be guaranteed - they are offered on a casual, ad hoc basis to fit the needs of the service and so may vary.


Unqualified: £22,904 - £27,030 per annum (pro rata, hourly paid)

Qualified: £29,162 - £45,077 per annum (pro rata, hourly paid)


Are you passionate about Art and Design? Are you dedicated to inspiring and educating the next generation of artists? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our team on a flexible basis as a Hourly Paid Lecturer in Art and Design.


As an Hourly Paid Lecturer you will plan, develop, deliver and evaluate the curriculum content of learning programmes providing excellent training across a range of full and part time programmes. You should have a good knowledge and practical understanding of traditional and digital drawing techniques and using a range of materials, along with experience of working with the Adobe suite, particularly photoshop. You should also have a clear knowledge of the local and national industry.


With excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a wide and diverse student population you will be passionate about motivating and inspiring all learners to unlock their full artistic potential.
