The Hours: 12 hours per week; flexible hours available which includes weekend shifts; to be discussed at interview (No Evenings & No Split Shifts)
The Salary: £9.50 per hour

What it’s like to work hereA beauty spot of the South Pennines with more than 400 acres of unspoilt woodland. As well as being the home of the northern hairy wood ant, there are tumbling streams, glorious waterfalls and stacks of millstone grit, all crisscrossed by more than 15 miles of footpaths. At the heart of the woodland you’ll find Gibson Mill, home to the Weaving Shed Cafe. Having no link to the national grid, the mill is unique in the UK and is the Trust’s flagship sustainable building.
What you’ll be doingYour support will be crucial for the team of Holidays Operation Assistants to meet the high standards of cleanliness, presentation and maintenance in our holiday cottages. You’ll help with induction and training of new team members, helping to foster a supportive team atmosphere. This role will involve carrying out compliance tasks as the safety of our team and our guests is paramount.
The role entails being out and about at the holiday cottages, travelling in our widespread portfolio and some weekend work. A flexible approach to working and self-motivation will be needed in this varied role. Who we’re looking for- Great at customer service
- Experienced of working in a public facing role and/or delivering high standards of cleanliness presentation
- Have good people skills
- Super organised, self-motivated and able to prioritise your own workload
- Helpful and approachable
- A clear communicator with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledgeable of good Health and Safety practices
