Salary: £23,770 - £26,366 pa + excellent benefits


Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year


Location: Paignton, Devon


Would you like to play an active role in student experiences? If so, read on.

The role involves:

  • Working with cross institution stakeholders you will work as part of a team to coordinate the student experience with specific focus on in-year starts for Higher Education including non-recognised Higher Education at Level 4 and above, and Higher Apprenticeships;
  • Working with Curriculum colleagues to establish planning requirements for in year starts and working with business partners within Learner information services to ensure enrolments are accurate and maintained following agreed processes;
  • Working within the Higher Education Team to sequence and implement an effective learning journey including prestart support, induction, on programme surveys and alignment of end of year arrangements including Panels and Boards and any other regulatory requirements;
  • Working with Curriculum colleagues to establish planning requirements for in year starts and working with business partners within Learner information services to ensure enrolments are accurate and maintained following agreed processes;
  • Working within the Higher Education Team, and Marketing team to ensure that CMA compliance is maintained for all programmes at L4 and above working within agreed processes;
  • Linking to external partners and regulatory bodies including but not restricted to Health Education England, Nursing and Midwifery Council and Health and Care Professions Council, ensuring process and administrative compliance including return of data if required
  • Maintaining currency regarding government and regulatory body change and disseminate across the teams where required.

A degree or other relevant higher level qualification is a must, as is some experience of working in Higher Education. This is a fast paced, customer facing role, so experience in a similar setting would be essential, as is working as part of a team.
