We are now looking for a Head of Student Recruitment and Widening Access to join our team at our Carmarthen or Swansea campus on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week.

- THE ROLE -

As our Head of Student Recruitment and Widening Access, you’ll manage our Student Recruitment and Widening Access teams, developing and delivering exciting activities which highlight the great benefits of studying with us.

You’ll support the teams to deliver engaging and high-quality recruitment and widening access activities and events across schools and colleges throughout the UK, ensuring a unique targeted approach for each Institute.

Working closely with colleagues, you’ll develop and deliver a comprehensive student recruitment and outreach strategy and create eye-catching integrated marketing campaigns for a range of media.

- ABOUT YOU -

To be considered as our Head of Student Recruitment and Widening Access, you will need:

  • Experience in developing student related activities in conjunction with strategic objectives
  • Experience in the provision of reporting and measuring impact in a robust and clear way
  • Experience of contributing to, and implementing, existing strategy
  • Experience of managing staff, undertaking performance/developmental reviews and setting objectives
  • A proven track record of meeting targets
  • Networking, negotiating and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Experience of managing a budget
  • The ability to work flexibly, including travel between campuses and other locations when required
  • A degree level qualification or equivalent
