Blakeney Point Search is a specialist recruitment business operating in the food and drink sector across the UK, we have an experienced team of recruiters who each focus on an area of expertise within the industry.

Throghout 2020 we have been pleased to have grown our business and team and are now looking for exceptional recruiters to join us to be a part of our future growth plans.

We have two offices, one in Retford and one in Nottingham and offer flexible home working for all our consultants.

We are now looking for a Head of recruitment to join the team, we are looking for the following
  • Demonstrable background in recruiting Operations, Manufacturing, Technical, Supply, Or within Engineering within the Food and drinks sector
  • An established client base and consistent billing
  • Experience of managing and developing a team
  • Minimun of 5 years experience within the sector
  • Desire to be at Associate Director level within the next 18 months and have equity
