Description

ENGIE have identified a great opportunity to introduce a Head of Property Services to manage their property service teams and support the individual team managers. The teams include an operational Facilities Management (FM) team, Security and Civil Parking enforcement team and Property services team.

We are looking to employ a confident and motivated professional to work at the North East Lincolnshire contract who is looking for career and personal development opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible to the Operations Director and will provide managerial oversight of the Property Services teams which manage the delivery of the FM hard and soft services across a portfolio of 100 plus operational and commercial properties, a property maintenance team, a security and parking enforcement team and a property service team which manages business centres, markets and allotments.

This is a full time, permanent position. On offer is a salary banding of £50,000 to £55,000dependent upon skills and experience. The role is based at New Oxford House, Grimsby, DN31 1HB.

Qualifications

Who are you?

  • Facilities Management or property Asset Management experience at a managerial level
  • Experience with managing operational delivery of FM hard and soft service in property, security industry and or a non-domestic operational and commercial property environment
  • Experience of Marketing and Business Development
  • Experience of budget management and financial reporting
  • Experience of managing/supervising and developing a team
  • Experience in managing with a variety of stakeholders with experience building and maintaining effective relationships
