Exciting role on offer for a Production Manager to join a Bespoke and Luxurious offsite construction company who provide sustainable housing, eco-friendly spaces and have an innovative and creative approach to design.

This company are an off-site construction company who have established a great reputation and consistently create high quality builds, which has lead to fast growth of the business. Due to this expansion, they are looking for a Head of Production to join their team.

In this role you will be tasked with effectively and efficiently running an off-site modular construction factory. You will be responsible for managing a strong production team, implementing new processes and ensuring the factory runs to full output efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Production manager in a manufacturing or modular construction environment. You will have an understanding of lean processes and be able to manage health & safety policies.
