Excellent opportunity to join a nationwide leading FM business, in a Project Management role where you’ll be working on multi-million-pound projects directly with clients.

On offer is the chance to work for a large and successful business where you’ll be the face of projects, directly reporting to clients about the progress of their large scale projects.

With over 20 locations across the UK, this well-established business have amassed a successful reputation for delivering excellence within building management, FM and civil engineering. They are seeking an additional Senior Project Manager at their Oxford managed site to lead multi-million-pound construction and FM projects.

In this senior role you’ll be planning and managing high-value and specialist projects .liaising with clients directly through to managing these big scale projects on site.

The Role
  • Planning and reviewing incoming complex projects
  • Liaising with clients directly - producing reports updating them about the progress of projects
  • Main contact between the business, client and stakeholders
  • Based in Didcot
The Person
  • Previous experience in a Project Management role (min 5-years)
  • Construction/Facilities Management/Building Services background
  • Experience working on high-value projects
  • Knowledge of NEC4 Contracts and use of CEMAR desirable
  • Client facing experience
