Head of HR – Worksop – £50,000 - £55,000 – 4 Month FTC

Chase & Holland are delighted to be working with our reputable client who is looking for a Head of HR to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a CIPD Level 7 qualified HR professional to provide strategic support to the organisation. You will be experienced in change management and restructuring. This is purely a strategic role and would be a great project for someone. This is a 4-month contract with opportunities to move into a permanent role.

Head of HR Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for strategic and operational HR issues across two sites you will manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR systems, policies and procedures are maintained and internal control processes are correctly managed
  • Develop and implement HR strategy
  • Implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align with the strategic goals of the organisation
  • Providing coaching support to managers for self-development
  • Department restructuring
  • Organisational development
