South, Central & West CSU is a leading provider of digital and informatics services to health and care. We collaborate with customers and partners’ across health and social care system and deliver a portfolio of services that support primary care commissioners to deliver improved patient outcomes at national, regional and system level.

We are looking to recruit an ambitious Digital, Data and Technology professional to lead the delivery of this programme. This programme is delivered as part of the CSU collaborative, a partnership of the 5 CSUs in England. The successful candidate will form part of a successful team delivering digital services to a variety of customers. The post holder will ensure that the service is delivered and continually improved, in line with agreed Service Levels and contracts. They will also work with key stakeholders to develop the 3-5 year strategy for the service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership of teams across CSUs to ensure delivery of the service and supporting programmes to the customer in line with agreed Service Levels and delivery plans
  • Development and presentation of monthly reporting packs for key customer and internal review meetings
  • Acting as a point of escalation for customers, dealing and responding effectively to complex queries from stakeholders and passing relevant information to appropriate team members.

Our agile, flexible and productive working policy supports staff to work in a way that supports a healthy work/life balance, so they can be fulfilled inside and outside of the work environment. This means that many of our team work remotely most of the time, although attendance at the operational headquarters in Sheffield is expected as per the needs of the service. We are therefore open to supporting staff to be based from any SCW office.
