Care Navigation Senior Programme Lead: Control Centre

As part of the development and growth of Care Navigation Services (CNS), an exciting new role has been created as the Care Navigation Senior Programme Lead: Control Centre. The purpose of this role is to provide senior leadership, oversight and management expertise to SCW’s Care Navigation and Control Centre service offers. The post holder will have specific responsibility for service delivery management of high profile, and/or complex programmes of work on behalf of CNS as part of an SCW multidisciplinary team. This is will include being the main point of contact within SCW in relation to control centre activities for this programme(s) of work and being part of the senior team who manages the customer relationship on behalf of SCW.

This role would be suitable for an experienced and enthusiastic senior manager with a desire to work within the NHS, ensuring value for public money and helping to improve outcomes for patients. The role presents an exciting opportunity to further develop professional and programme management skills at a senior level. Using the experience gained in previous roles to develop a person-centred and outcome focused approach to control centre delivery as part of CNS and manage high profile, and/or complex programmes of work on behalf of CNS.
