Working in Affordable Housing with Sharon Kenny who is Assistant Director of Delivery and leading the Large & Strategic Partners team you will play a critical role in the delivery of our multi-billion-pound Large Provider and Strategic Partnerships fund. You will be leading a commercial, enthusiastic, and highly experienced team who are committed to making positive change in how we deliver affordable housing.

The Affordable Housing team believe in working in a collaborative and flexible way and values diversity in experience and perspective to foster good decision making, managing risk and problem solving within their team.

This is a rare chance to shape the future of Affordable Housing delivery in a fast growing, national organisation with real social purpose. Working with key stakeholders and a professional team you will ensure efficient, consistent, and effective delivery and can help create over 100,000 new homes in the next five years.

ResponsibilitiesWhilst our day job is to lead the delivery of Affordable Housing with numerous Large Providers and Strategic Partners, you will be commercially focused, have extensive programme management experience and be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.

Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn’t always easy. You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as a team. You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun, and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.

As an experienced programme management professional you’ll understand how to manage complex high value programmes and colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.
