The post holder will be responsible for the operational management of all aspects of relevant Specialities across all sites in which they operate including the delivery of performance against financial and activity targets; supporting the development and delivery of service strategy; organisational development and the management of risk.The post holder will work in partnership with the Group Director of Operations in providing high level of leadership and organisational ability to ensure that all operational processes are developed and implemented to support the Speciality Group. This will require the post holder to ensure the full engagement of all staff in the relevant Specialities.*Previous applicants need not apply.*An exciting opportunity has emerged for a motivated and dynamic group manager to join the Clinical Support Services Management Team. This post will suit an individual with a high level of drive, an eye for detail and a passion for service improvement, as well as significant previous operational experience, particularly in Outpatients. Your first-class communication and influencing skills will have enabled a successful track record in achieving results through collaborative working, and you will have the ability to motivate and inspire people to deliver the best possible care to all of our patients.It is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious individual, who ultimately sees themselves functioning at a more senior level. You will be joining a supportive and dynamic leadership team determined to deliver the very best service possible.The portfolio of Clinical Support Services you will oversee are:

You will lead on an exciting integration agenda, implementing partnership working across the system.
