Job description

A highly commercial, business-facing position in a growing organisation with the objective of delivering high quality, insightful financial information to aid strategic decision-making.

From a business partnering perspective, we’d expect you to take the lead on monthly and quarterly reviews, challenging budget holders on forecasts and any variances. You’ll support the budget-setting process and collaborate with key stakeholders on a KPI framework that will drive performance.

In terms of commercial analysis and reporting, you will focus on analysing financial and commercial trends that will provide insight to the company’s strategic goals. You will help understand the risks to the business and take measures to mitigate them and will take responsibility for producing good quality monthly reporting.

We would like you to be qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with good experience of business partnering and stakeholder-management. Broad commercial awareness coupled with experience of project accounting and capital appraisal are also sought after. You’ll also be comfortable working in a fast-paced business and have the qualities required to coach, mentor and develop others.
