Graduate Client Services Executive Package

A competitive basic salary of £22,000

Graduate Client Services Executive Role

Gain a thorough knowledge of the company offering and the market it operates within, in order to have valuable conversations with existing and prospect clients

Conduct detailed market research, identifying market trends and generating prospect leads

Perform regular prospect outreach via phone calls, emails and social channels, creating initial contact with and developing an in-depth understanding of key decision makers

Manage client queries and diagnose any challenges, leading to the effective positioning of the company products and services.

Shadow on meetings to gain a further understanding of the sales process and ensure action to any key takeaways

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding the company client base and seeking any up-sell opportunities to maximise the revenue from each client

Graduate Client Services Executive Requirements

Educated to degree level

Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Adaptable and willing to learn new skills

Organised with the ability to prioritise your own time

Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
