Salary: £24k basic salary/ with £8k OTE

Graduate Business Development RepresentativeRole:
  • Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company offering and the markets it operates within, in order to have valuable conversations with clients and prospects
  • Researching and generating new sales leads within your allocated territory
  • Perform regular prospect outreach to your generated leads, creating an interest in the company offering and booking sales meetings with key stakeholders
  • Requalify existing opportunities from the company CRM system to develop new sales opportunities
  • Follow up on sales campaigns and maintain detailed customer and opportunity records in the company CRM system
  • Attend exhibitions and events to generate and develop new business opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts in your allocated territory, ensuring renewal of contacts and seeking any cross or up-sell opportunities

  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a target driven environment
  • Organised, with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team or autonomously
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
