Role Purpose:


To act as a Single Point of Contact for all UK Intelligence Agencies & Law Enforcement
To ensure compliance to the terms of the relevant law relating to the retention and disclosure of information
To provide Government and Law Enforcement with a SPOC for all network fault reporting incidents and to assist in the resolution of incidents
To ensure Vodafone meet SLAs laid down under the legislation in relation to Warranty
Deputise for Manager where directed

What you’ll do


Ensure we meet our legal obligations to Government and Law Enforcement
Administer all lawful requests from Authorities for the provision of data held on VF systems
Ensure that applicants have followed the correct warranty process as laid down by the Interception Commissioner
Assist with general office administration as required
Observance of Official Secrets Act
To produce management information on activities as required/directed
To attend Government, Home Office, Law Enforcement meetings as a representative of Vodafone – where required.
To be responsible for in – house training arising with new staff or emerging systems.

Outputs



Maintain effective working relationships with Law Enforcement and Government Agencies
Provide accurate information to external agencies to agreed timescales
Handling of Government Classified Secret Material
Provision of consultancy advice to the business and appropriate external agencies
Resolution of Faults that may occur through effective communication with support lines
To work cross functionally with the Disclosures Team when directed


Who you are


Must be cleared to Government Security Clearance level
Understanding of all applicable legislation
Must be able to act in the strictest confidence in relation to all information lawfully requested from the Disclosures & Interception Office
An ability to absorb technical information and produce this in a manner that is clearly understood by those without the depth of knowledge or understanding of communications data
Attention to detail paramount
An ability to challenge and negotiate when confronted with problematic situations
An ability to work under time constraints and extreme pressure to produce data expediently
To exceed the expectations of internal and external customers
Proven ability to work in team environment whilst working on own allocated work.
